Single cell top-down
proteomics of
10,000 cells.
>20-fold increase in cell throughput
Here we introduce single-cell Proteoform Imaging Mass Spectrometry (scPiMS), which measures intact proteoforms directly from 10,836 single cells from a rat hippocampus. This new platform addresses the throughput bottleneck for single cell proteomics using mass spectrometry.
